Corsair 500
I have the hdd which are green drives so I wouldn't buy another one
Gtx 950

Plz asap reply as I will be buying today
Are my specs good enough to get above 50 or 60 fps in ultra settings?

Better to go with a 2X4GB RAM since it'll enable you to run on dual channel mode.
If you are going to run on a 1080p display yes you can expect such a FPS for most of the games.

Update: On the motherboard thing, if you feel like you have enough connectors to connect all your components, you are good to go since you are buying locked multiplier CPUs, nothing to worry about.

Given that the cheapest H110 you could find will probably only have 2xDIMM slots, I would recommend you get the 1x8GB so that you would have the option to upgrade your RAM instead of having to replace them down the line.

I'm buy an H110. You can search for the difference between H110, B150, H170, and Z170. It mostly comes down to what do you use or what do you think you might. I know I won't be looking at an m.2 drive so I have no reason. Going mITX means that's the chief difference between H110 - H170. I don't over lock so I have no reason for a Z...mITX doesn't have any more that one PCIE slot regardless. On larger boards, the level of mobo you get determines slot limitations in both RAM, PCI, PCIE and even USB (to an extent).
