Is Halo 5 going to be on ps4?

Hey all
I was told by someone recently that Halo 5 was going to be on ps4 aswell as xbox one. I didn't believe him and looked it up but I couldn't come to a conclusion about whether or not it was true ( some said yes, some said no, some were old). Before the shouting about Halo never moving begins I wanna say that I know that halo used to be an xbox exclusive, but many exclusivity agreements seem to be changing.
Any help on this is really appreciated.

There's no reason to believe it will be. It will be released on PC before it will ever be released on PS4.
