[SOLVED] Is i3-9100F Enough for Gaming?

The defacto 'respectable gaming minimum' CPU these days are the R5-1600AF or 2600...

Some are happy with i5-9400 with only 6 threads, but, I'd strongly recommend folks go with one of the above 6c/12 thread solutions if at all humanly possible...

The 9100 is effectively an old i5-7600 with a new shiny decal and bumper, and has pretty much gone the way of the proverbial dodo bird, as 4c/4t designs are thread starved , struggling to keep adequate frame rates without stutter in most games games out within the last 3-4 years...
