is i5 4570 good for gaming?

I want to play upcoming game at ultra resolution with gtx 970 4gb.
but I'm confused about processor.does i5 4570 give me best performance with this gpu?

Yes, i5's are great gaming CPU's.

I have i4570 (6mb 3.6mhz)
GTX 970 G1
Kingston Fury 8 gb (1886 mhz)
Z87-G45 MSI
and I can say that , this cpu is good for it price,but if you get some K processor with hyper-treading tech. it will be better.
I run FarCry on ultra( with only AA is on AASX2 ) cpu load is up to 70% but not all the time,The Crew - same happens , Alien Isolation - 50% load , BF4 - 75% load.

and whatever processor you get , be sure to buy a good cooler ( stocks cooolers are so bad this days)
I use Deepcool Lucifer idle temps are 24-27 C load (100% ) 53-55 C


Conclusion:
Great processor for it's price, it gets the job done but in 2-3 years you may need faster one.
