My I7 6700K on Geekbench is getting a single-core score of 4094 and multi-core score of 15871 while other 6700K reach single-core score of 5000 and multi-core score of 20000 like this one.

On Cinebench R15 cpu score is 872 cb.
So should my 6700K be performing better?

PC specs:
CPU: I7 6700k @4.0 GHz (cooled by Hyper 212 EVO)
Mobo: Gigabyte Z170 gaming 3
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB DDR4 2666 Mhz
GPU: GTX 970 G1
PSU: Seasonic M12II 850 watt
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (installed on 500 GB WD blue)

Solution
GeekBench just shows the advertised frequency for the CPU, not the overclocked speed, so likely the other scores reflect overclocking. My i5 at 4.4 scored 4417 for the single core test, so the score for your stock clocked i7 seems reasonable.
There's lots of small details that needs to be the same. What stepping do you have? (3?) Geekbench is sensitive to the rest of the system.

Download free 3DMark and tell us what your Fire Strike and Ice Storm numbers are and the Physics and Graphics numbers of Fire Strike.

Not to worry.
When you are comparing your cpu performance with others, realize that the others are highly overclocked.
If you do want to overclock, here is what you can expect.
As of 5/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.

I7-6700K
4.9 2%
4.8 17%
4.7 59%
4.6 93%
4.5 100%

Yes stepping 3. I have re-run the test and the results are even worse than before, here is a link of my own http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench3/7246214
Here are the 3DMark results.

mmm... but the link that had performed better than me here https://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench3/7215378 said that it was on 4.0 GHz so it means that is on base clock right?

That's a good and normal Fire Strike value for a stock 6700K, so that looks normal to me.
