Is i7-6820HK overclocked up to 4.1 is equivalent to i7-6700K 4.00GHZ ?

I have question regarding i7-6820 , if i overclocked it to be 4.1 , in that case will it be equivalent and same speed and performance like i7-6700K ?

I'm talking btw about Alienware 17" R3 and P750

Thank you , but overclocking CPU in general is dangerous ? what's the best to my laptop ? i7-6820HK overclocked (Low energy consumption) or normal i7-6700K (High power consumption) ?

At stock clocks, performance will be more than enough, while reducing voltages and power consumption, thus increasing the lifetime of your components and also, the lower temperature of the CPU will let the GPU stretch its legs better, as it will have more thermal headroom.
