I am doing a computer with used parts and I want to know if I could combine the Asus PRIME B250M-A with the i5-3470

If not, is there any other boards that will go well with a i5-3470 that have pcie and support DDR4?

Solution
No.
Compatible chipsets for the 3470 are: Z77, Q77, H77, Z75, Q75, B75, and H61.
It's only compatible with ddr3.

B250 is for 6th and 7th gen cpus, i.e. 6xxx and 7xxx.

You can not. The i5-3470 uses socket 1155 and supports only ddr3 RAM.

If by "pcie support" you mean that you want to boot to an NVMe PCIe-interface SSD, that's likely not going to work either. You can however boot to a SATA SSD and then install a PCIe SSD in a PCIe slot on the motherboard via an m.2-to-PCIe adapter or a physical PCIe NVMe SSD variant.
