Is it a bad motherboard or the GPU

This is the 2nd Motherboard and the 3rd GPU.
I'm still getting red lines and the screen is distorted.
Should I swap out the motherboard? If I needa get a new GPU, could you guys give me a mobo in the range of 120-130 bucks? Thanks.

What happens when you run it off the on board graphics?

Onboard Graphics works flawlessly.

I'm thinking GPU then or PCIe lane maybe? Have you tried the card in the other lane?
Either way if on board works without issues I doubt the MB is causing the issue, more likely GPU cause the issue is there only when you're running off of it.
Try the card in the other lane, if it still acts up, I'm betting it's the card

Or it could be the controller I guess. Do you have another card you can try in it?

I cant try it in another lane because it blocks the SATA ports :|
I dont have another card unfortunately... This is the THIRD card! Is it really the card
