[SOLVED] Is it a CPU Bottleneck?

So I have a core i5 6500 asus z170 pro gaming asus gtx 1070 8g 24gb ram and When I play games like Overwatch GTA V and Fortnite my cpu usage is always around the 70-100% and gpu usage is at 1-2% and playing gta Im not even playing at 1080p and I get stutters please help

why you not playing it at 1080p with a GTX1070 8gb and 24gb of ram ?

yes you CPU is bit old but its not that old, u dont need to upgrade it. and running CPU at 100% isnt bad as long as you keep it cool. .. dont worry about these mate just play games at High-Ultra settings.

Any chance the in-game video setup/settings might have an option for which of the detected GPUs to use, with it perhaps defaulting to the lowly integrated GPU?

Yeah I’ve check it and the gpu usage never goes above 2% but the cpu usage is always at maximum and I playing games like gta I can’t even play without it lagging badly
