Question Is it a faulty Monitor

Hello guys, I just bought this Acer monitor 27 nitro 1080p 165hz
I can see the pixels and this really is annoying. Is this normal or the monitor is faulty or do I need to set something in the settings.

This is why I don't suggest 1080p on 27" monitors. You really want at least 1440p at that size. Since you just bought it, return it.

talked to the shop and they refused to return it as it's not sealed anymore
