Question Is it an issue with windows 10 or the computer?

Hey guys. I use a windows notebook that uses the windows 10 OS. I notice that on some websites, certain links don't open when I click on them. For example, if I go to youtube and I want to change the user on the computer, it opens the tab but it just keeps loading and is completely white and never loads. This also happens with other links too depending on the site.

Is this an issue with the OS or is there something in the computer not allowing certain functions to work? It's very strange and I'd love some feedback to help out to fix this issue.

What Browser are you using? Have you tried other browsers to see if it happens on them as well?
If you use a specific email program, does it happen for links in emails as well?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it works on all browsers it seems and email links too that I can't click on a link and it won't open it.
