is it bad for the computer to push the memory speed to max all the time?

here's my rig, and
the cpu recommends 1600 MHz of memory speed
and the motherboard recommends up to 1866 MHz.

If i want to use my memory at full speed (2133 MHz) so I set it as XMP profile to run it as 2133 MHz at all times, would that damage my rig by any chance?

if it does, i'll set it as 1866. Is there a big noticeable difference between the speed?

Dont do it because there really isnt much of a difference in speed between 1600 and 2133 or 1866 and 2133. You will barely notice a 1-2% difference according to internet and videos

If your motherboard does support 2133MHz then it is ok but if it doesn't then you should follow the requirements of the motherboard.

No it will not damage your PC at all. The difference between DDR3-1600 and DDR3-2133 is much smaller than the difference between DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1600, but there is a noticeable difference in some very particular uses.
