Is it bad i kind of like lower end resolution?

Ok what i mean is it depends on the game but i like when text is not very small and high Resolutions often make text super small HOWEVER i do care if the text becomes blurry or the image looks really bad but most of the time high resolution just gives me a headache is that bad?
like my max resolution on my monitor is 1366x768 so far few games need more then that.

Not really it just comes down to preference. I know a lot of my coworkers prefer lower resolutions for the exact same issue of tiny text. For me gaming with high resolution and details up does sometimes make me very tired because of how detailed everything is, plus I wear glasses so it makes it worse when trying to capture all the details over the whole screen. You need to find that mixture of resolution, monitor size, how far you sit from the monitor, etc, etc, to be comfortable and happy playing games. Sounds like you already have it.

It is actually a very good thing because the lower resolution will allow for high fps in most games.
