Does the GPU are compatible to my specs?

My Specs:

Motherboard: RU 0P301D LGA 775
PSU: LITEON 0N380F 300WATTS
DELL CASE: DELL Vostro 220
GPU:MSI GTX 1050 AERO ITX 2G OC

It should work.

You have a PCIe x 16 slot for the card.....and your PSU is 300W....and NVidia recommends 300W.....so you should be good to go.
