You're missing quite a bit of important information.

Put all of your components into a build, including the 1070. You'll get a warning if the 550W Corsair won't run it.

My guess is that you'll be fine with 550W, assuming you have the cable connections to run it. A basic setup will run 350W-450W so unless you have a plethora of components in your setup, you will probably be fine. But don't take my guess as assurance. CHECK PCPARTPICKER.
