Hello everyone, is a 400W old very old PSU, like 10 years old one, to supply that:

Cpu: Amd Athlon Ii 635 x4 2,9ghz
4GB ram
Gtx 750Ti 2gb?

I am asking only because I will get the card soon, and I'll have to check if its working fine. I cant get a new PSU yet ;s

If the PSU is of decent quality and hasn't been abused, yes. PSUs age like everything else with use. But if it has been working fine up til now, it will continue to work well for some time yet. And the GTX 750 Ti can run on very small PSUs as long as they have a +12V rail of at least 17 amp.

The only thing that I'd worry about is that 10 years ago or so, most PSUs had a lot of the power on outputs other than the 12V. You should take a look at the output listed on the label of your PSU. You don't want to see something low like "12A" or "14A". That CPU is using 95W, the 750 Ti is up to 75W, for a total of 170W needed on the 12V output just for those two components and without leaving any headroom for the power supply. Seeing 17A or 18A would be a good sign.
