Question Is it fine for me to use the case fan on a 120mm radiator?

Hello, I just purchased an ml120l cooler for my cpu. I have the cit flash case, and I was wondering if it were fine to use the pre existing exhaust fan on the case with the radiator? Im purely thinking for aesthetic purposes as the included fan with the aio is different to the front 3 on the case. Thanks
