Is it fine to get a analog battery?

I am planning to replace my dying battery on my Sony Xperia XA (also overheats while using it). I found them locally but there were two types. One is an analog battery and the other one is an original. The analog battery is cheaper than the original but I never tried an analog battery before. Is it safe to replace with an analog battery or I have to go straight to original.?

Equivalent batteries are always a gamble. Most of the problems with fires in cell phones is because of aftermarket "equivalent" batteries. If it is easy to replace because it doesn't work well and you are OK with buying a battery twice, then go for the equivalent. Otherwise get the original the first time, IMO.
