MSI R9 380 GAMING 4G Graphics Card
EVGA 500 W1 80+
MSI Computer Corp. LGA1150/Intel H81
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2)DDR3 1600
Intel Core i5-4690K

For Windows what should I do to get it cheap? I want to get 8.1 64 bit and I have not started building my PC yet. Also, recommendations and things to change would be helpful.
