Is it good choice?

Hello, I will be upgrading my PC soon and I want to ask if it will be good upgrade. I will buy new CPU, RAM, MOBO, CPU Cooler

Current Specs:
CPU: AMD A10-5700 @ 4Ghz
GPU: R7 265 DUAL-X 2GB
MOBO: MSI-7778 (Jasminer)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz
PSU: Zalman ZM600-GS II 600W

I would buy:
CPU: i5-6500
MOBO: ASUS B150 GAMING
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133 Mhz
CPU Cooler: SilentiumPC Spartan 3 PRO HE1024

Are they compatible? Thanks for replies. I would like to play games at 30+ fps at medium+ settings. I will probably buy better GPU like rx 470 in the future.

The CPU is definitely an upgrade but, for me, I'll get the GPU first for better in-game FPS/performance

Also you Can use the Stock cooler on the 6500 and maybe get a better card or more ram with the additonal cash
