Is it harmful to the pc to use an electric duster, and what electric duster do I buy?

I'm trying to keep my pc clean for my future improvements, and I was kind of wondering if it would be a better investment to buy an electric duster instead buying canned air. I would also like to know which one to buy, and where to buy it? I just want to know before I buy an electric duster, would it be safe? Also after posting this I realized this might be more suited for "Components" sorry.

Get a Metro Datavac. It's way more powerful than compressed air.
