Is it necessary to install new BIOS when upgrading from i3-4170 to i5-5675c?

I'm going to upgrade my cpu from Intel Core i3-4170 to i5-5675c.
My motherboard is ASRock H97M Anniversary. In their webpage it says that BIOS needed for i5-5675c is p1.70, but my installed BIOS is p2.10.

Will i have to "downgrade" my BIOS, or i don't need to worry?
Also, i3 is Haswell, but the new i5 is Broadwell. Does that change anything?

Solution
You should be okay as is, you seem to have a newer BIOS version than what is needed for the 5675c. So long as the 5675c is on your motherboard's CPU support list and you have a BIOS version at or newer than the one listed, you should be fine.
