My AMD 880G Heatsink is very hot, if i touch it for more than 2 seconds it will burn my finger.

I would estimate the temperature to be somewhere between 70-80C

The 880G chipset has an integrated ATI HD 4250 graphics.

Is this normal ?

If you can touch it with your finger for 2 sec you're in the 120F range on the heatsink..

Use something like HWMon to check the Core temp. Chipsets can take pretty high temps now. But the above suggestion to get some airflow on it is an excellent idea.
if you are using the integrated graphics and the airflow in your case is not great then yes it will get hot, if your reasonably comfortable with doing it you could replace the thermal compound on the northbridge and get a small fan to cool it.
