[SOLVED] Is it normal for my network usage to be low in task manager?

Hello.

I recently bought a new WiFi which is for some reason much slower than I thought. I was then curious and tried to find out the reason it was so slow and when opening task manager it said that (when downloading a game) it was only utilizing it by 4%. Is this normal?

Could be. WIFI(or network) speed is not the same as internet speed. What bandwith are you getting from your ISP?

All that really matters is what speedtest says you get compared to what you pay for. If you get what you pay for then it just means you have a low speed internet connection.
