Hi, is it normal such a video file to be 400 mb? It's 49 seconds long

That depends on the encoder (software or device that produced the file). In your case, the sound is about uncompressed, and the video file is about 3 times bigger compared to a normal dashcam (or most cheap recording equipment).

Have you looked in the menu and see if you can find an option to adjust the video quality settings? Assuming the device have video quality set to highest possible.

My Aukey (1920x1080) records at about 110MB per minute.
The HaloCam M1 at about 50MB/min.

512mb? Haven't seen one that small in ages. Normal size now is 32GB or so.

It records to 1GB sd card. I couldn't find bigger, so put this one. And yes - about a minute is 500mb

I'm not sure that there IS a "problem".
1920x1080, at a high bitrate, with audio....yeah, that could be 500MB per minute.
