Yes, 1 for each cpu thread. 7600x has 6 cores and 12 threads.

A 5600X is a 6 core/12 thread processor but Windows considers each thread to be a processor so there are 12 shown.

Task Manager also displays 12 separate logical processors in it's CPU performance chart. It's always been a bit annoying since you have to mentally combine the two threads representing one core's utilization.
