My pc is full of dust and i don't how i can clean it, is it safe to use leaf blower and blow the pc?
Do i have to worry about anything that is going to happen to my pc?

I've been using a vacuum (just the hose attachment, only use brush for case sides etc) and a long bristle artists brush (3/4-1") for years. Hold the vac a few inches away from the components and use the brush to stir up the dust. Compressed air cans work well for small areas like between fan blades or heatsink grills, just don't hold the can long in any one spot or condensation builds up extremely fast and now you've got wet dirt instead of dust.

Do not use a vacuum cleaner; dust moving up the hose can cause destructive static. Compressed air is the safest choice for dust removal; do it outside on a nice day or you will risk the wrath of your wife / gf / mom over the dust.
A leaf blower might have or pick up debris which it could easily accelerate to a destructive speed when it hits something inside your PC; I wouldn't take the risk myself, so I can't advise others to do it.
