[SOLVED] Is it ok to install a new cpu when my motherboard has overclock settings set for my old cpu?

So the pins on my ryzen 5 2600 broke so I'm going to replace it with the ryzen 5 3600, will there be any issues as the overclock settings (4GHZ 1.35V) on my old cpu are still enabled on my motherboard : asrock b450 steel legend

You need to return all that back to stock settings.

Have you tried removing the CMOS battery and re-installing it?
Leave it out for a few minutes, then put it back in.
