I have a CPU with
Core 2 Duo E4600 + stock fan
4gb DDR3 ram
Sapphire HD7750 1gb ddr5
2 Hard disk Drives
Non brand Power supply

So if I put the cpu horizontally on my desk (unlike vertically that most people does) will it run stable?

No picture that I can see.
Case orientation has no real meaning on the computer as such.
Things it affects are:
Orientation of dvd drive (if it is sideways, it's not fun to plug discs in)
Hard disks laying on their side have higher chance of problems with bearings but in almost all cases, this is not an issue.
Some PSU's that do not have their own fans (almost all do) rely on correct orientation to vent the heat out of PSU.
Grahics cards can get unattached if they are upside down. (horizontally is actually better for the cards since their weight wont try to pull them sideways in relation to the PCI-E slot.)

So.. Horizontal is just as good or better for:
CPU
GPU
and possibly (not likely) worse for:
PSU
DVD drive
HDD

Well how far is the back of your pc from that wooden backing? If it's only a couple inches then move that thing immediately. Most pc's exhaust out of the back also where are the vents located? Where does it exhaust air? Intake fresh air? If it's just recirculating the same hot air, thats bad for parts no cooling what so ever.

As USAFret said, as long as air vents are not blocked, it would be good. (PSU will likely exhaust air to the back of the desk which has a backpanel and thus if you push the computer all the way back (as far as wires would allow) it would restrict airflow to a degree.
But since components listed are not too power hungry, it should not be a huge issue. More space behind the computer, the better.

I have enough space in the back, that wooden backing is far away, don't worry.
all vents are in the back, so it's good. and most importantly, CPU, GPU Temperature is 5-6 degree less than before!
