Is it ok to run fans at 100% on gpu constantly?

the only issue is the fan bearing can fail on you.

Yeah I have not pushed my fans past 80 % and turn them down to 30% when not gaming. I was just curious, i dont care if it shortens like span from like 5 to 4 years but I do if its like 5 to 1 year.
