MOB : ECS H81H3-M4
RAM : 4GB Corsair Value
HDD : WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda
psu : 650W
gpu: ASUS GTX 980

GTX980 and Pentium is un balanced build I would like to see at least I5 with it and on a 64 bit OS 2 x 8GB ram. You would have better rig with I5 8GB and lesser GPU like GTX770 or R9 280X.

yep, that Pentium G3220 will heavily bottleneck that gtx 980. So I'd get a GTX 970 and a i5 4430 (or something like that) to get rid of any bottleneck.

The GTX 970 is slower but still capable of 4k gaming.

An i7 or high-range i5 is needed for a GTX 980.

Yep GTX970 and you can get I5 instead of the pentium and be golden.
