Is it okay to have a CASE+PSU bundle?

I am busy searching for components for my budget build when I stumbled to see that there is a bundled case with power supply for free, and I saw that I can save a lot from it. By the way this is my components:

Intel Pentium G3258
Asus Z97-P
G-Skill Ripjaws X 2x4gb DDR3 1600MHz
Western 1tb Blue
Sapphire R7 250X 1gb DDR5 128bit

I saw the "Cooler Master CMP 102 Casing w/500W PSU" on sale. And I stopped for a bit, since Cooler Master is one of some trusted brands out there. Is it worth the savings if I bought that and upgrade my GPU to a higher one like GTX750TI or R7 260X? Here is the link:

In terms of PSUs, Cooler Master is definitely not a trusted brand.

Power supplies that are included with cases are often quite poor.

I would not recommend it.
