Question Is it okay to run i9 13900k at 80-95 degree Celsius?

I want to build up a pc with i9 13900k.
I heard that even AIO's can not keep this cool enough.
In Cyberpunk 2077, it always hits 82-90+ temp.

So, if I go with air cooler like Deepcool AK620/Noctua NH D15 and keep PL2 limit to 253 watt and running cpu at 90-95 degree while gaming, it will be ok or not?


(I don't feel safe to go with AIO's. Because I have to move my pc from one desk to another for cleaning purpose. And I am afraid of leaking.)

nowadays, AIO's leaking is pretty rare and I wouldn't say it is an issue to move your pc from your desk once a week or so, but either way, an NH-D15 is better in every single way, so use that instead.
It will run at probably 80 or so degrees, and that's fine.
