Is it Overclocking?

I was getting the BDODs no matter what.
You guys were very helpful Even more helpful then the manufacturers and Microsoft combined.
People with the same MOBO as I had were all having the same issues. It was just a cheap MOBO.

I know it is a little late but you are actually under clocking by a pretty large amount. The first screen capture for CPUZ clearly shows that your 3.0G CPU is running at 2.4G. A quick fix, since I can't see any of the BIOS except what you posted, would be the following:
1. Using IMG00048.jpg, enable CPU over-clocking function.
2. Increase the CPU frequency to 250 and leave the dram frequency set to auto.

This will put your CPU at 250 x 12 = 3000 or 3.0G and your ram at 250 x 4 = 1000Mhz, which is pretty close to 1066.

You need to set the timing values in BIOS screen cap IMG00036C.jpg to the values given by CPUZ in screen cap cpu z5.png for the 266 column in the center or the right.

I'm not really up on that CPU but technically your multiplier should be 15 not 12, and the rated front side bus is rated at 800Mhz. But I think it will work and it will get your rated speed without having to go with a 4/3 timing.

Edit:
I just thought about Intel speed step. That's why your multiplier is off. At any rate you can still do 1 & 2 above just increase the FSB by small amounts. Then load the system with prime95 etc. and check for stability. If you run CPUID while stressing the system it will give you accurate numbers, or turn off speed step temporarily.
