Is it possible for MB to bottleneck

I have AMD R9 270x and amd x4 860k on msi a68hm-e33 motherboard is it possible that MB is bottlenecking my system cuz i cant get stable 128+ fps in cs go or is it that my cpu is baD?

This game only uses one core for running game code,so whenever it needs CPU power you will get lower FPS.

If you can't live with ~100fps then yes,either overclock or get a CPU with better IPC/single core performance.
