Is it possible for my to screw with this motherboard to let it overclock?

Hey, So I am building a pc for a friend. He has an excessively low budget.
I need to know if I can make a "MSI - B150M BAZOOKA Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard" able to overclock by messing with the bios or something. The budget does not allow for a Z170 mobo.
if this mobo cannot overclock under any circumstance please recommend a micro atx or smaller mobo that can with the same pricing.
His CPU will be Pentium G4500

Nope , not possible and Z boards won't helped it's a locked CPU.

His CPU cannot be overclocked, so it does not matter if mobo allows it.

you can't overclock that CPU and even if you were able to you couldn't do it with that motherboard
