As you can see, no network adaptors are available on my dell system.....i wanted to host a wifi network on it but it kept saying network adaptors are not found on this computer!
is it a mistake by dell or what and what can i do?

Hmmm, am not sure how you are trying to do so as your network adapters are all present and accounted for.
You have the following:
1. Wired connection: Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller
2. Wifi connection: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection
3. 3G connection: HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Network Card

Perhaps you have disabled one or more of them?

Ridiculously long post full of largely irrelevant information for a WiFi adapter issue.

It wouldn't do any harm to reinstall the Intel wireless driver - you can download it from Dell's website - - just go to their support section & enter your laptop's Service Tag which should be printed underneath it.
