I recently found an old Lenovo ThinkCentre E73 10DS000HUK. Could i add a Nvidia 1050ti to it? It has an i5-4460s and a Lenovo IH81M motherboard. I already upgraded ram from 4gb to 8gb.

Solution
In documentation for that motherboard, it says it accepts a 40W maximum videocard. A 1050 Ti, without a 6 pin pci-ex connector, uses 75W. In addition, from what I can tell you may have a 180W power supply in that computer. If you look at the label on the power supply you can confirm this. The CPU is a 65W part, which would leave you a bit under 120W for everything else. It might work, but you'd be pushing that 180W PSU pretty hard.

In addition, it looks to me like that motherboard uses a proprietary power connector rather than the standard 24 pin connector. This means you can't simply upgrade the power supply, even though the case might allow you to use a standard power supply.

So, bottomline, I'd suggest a GT 1030 for a videocard...

So, bottomline, I'd suggest a GT 1030 for a videocard upgrade. No, it's not as good as a 1050, much less a 1050 Ti, but it uses very little power(30W). It can handle esports type games at 1080p, and some of the more demanding games at 720p.

Thank you so much! But are you sure the gt 1030 will fit with the motherboard? Just seems tight for space.
