Question Is it possible to boot from m.2 SSD on Acer Aspier 315-51 model?

Hi there,I need some advice on above mentioned issue. I have recently bought Acer Aspire 315-51 Laptop,and saw that under the hub there is one empty m.2 slot,so I bought one m.2 ssd 120gb and installed it,and BIOS did recognize it,but,but,but it doesn't allow me to set it as bootable ,just the original HDD that came with it....I tried removing HDD nothing,I tried BIOS update,I set it AHCI mode,UEFI bios...No changes,I can use it as storage device,but I can't boot from it.Did I miss anything?Any help would be much appreciated.

It won't be bootable until you install the OS on it.
If that system allows it at all.

What specific drive is this?
