Question Is it possible to clone one specific program between two computers?

Some backstory: I'm using Office 365 on Windows 10 on a laptop and a desktop. I've been using Mendeley and the Word plug-in for years. I recently upgraded my desktop and had to reinstall Office from scratch and because it's click-to-run, Mendeley can no longer install the plugin. The version of Word/Mendeley on my Laptop are running fine, however.

I'm wondering if it's possible to clone the whole program (or just the necessary files) so that it works on both machines again.
