I plan on upgrading my graphics card, but I'm worried that it may not work with my computer.

Processor: IntelCore i7-4770 CPU 3.4GHZ
Memory: 32GB

You should be fine with a 950. I still though highly recommend a PSU upgrade.

Games I want to play is Street Fighter V

Budget is $100 - $200 or $300

The Card I plan on getting is either a gtx 950 or gtx 960. So all I need to do is upgrade my power supply? It's 300w

It depends on what GPU he is going to get and many assumptions to determine if his PSU is sufficient. You can't just assume the power supply is insufficient. Even his system with a GTX 1080 would be only about 300W under max load.

I made in mind that he's a casual gamer, I put the 950 in my mind before he suggested. The 950 which is decent for what he wants to play. Even though his PSU is 300W I have no idea what it is, it is a pre-built PC and those dont really have good PSUs.. He still might get away with it though. There's no way he's running the 1080 though. You sir are wrong in that.

It depends on the case and the space you have, Just take the model and search its dimensions. It's easier to get the shorter version though, Keep in mind that the longer one probably has a better cooler.
