Is it possible to find a gtx 1070 in the 400$ range in the next few months?

I am willing to build a pc with a budget of 850$, i am willing to get a gtx 1070 and a ryzen 5 1600, the current pricing of the gtx 1070 makes me go above my budget, so is there a chance that the gtx 1070 will drop to around 400$ soon?
