Is it possible to fit an i5-6500 in a $560 pc build?

I want to build my first pc and I have €500 ($560) available. I will be using it for some gaming, but not super heavy stuff like The Witcher 3 or Doom or anything like that. I also want to be able to do some video editing in such a way that the computer doesn't crash every 20 min. I have done some research and figured out that the i5-6500 would a solid choice, but I don't know if that is even possible at $560. Any tips/suggestions?

Ok technically you COULD get an i5 6500 and still have a decent gaming PC, but I don't recommend it.

I live in the Netherlands, so compared to America things are quite expensive here. The i5-6500 is €210 for example. I already have a copy of Windows, so I don't need that anymore. I also forgot to mention that I already have a hard drive as well. As to what resolution: 1080p is the resolution that I am aiming at.
