You could run CHKDSK x: /F /R (where x=hard drive letter) from an elevated Command Prompt (run as Administrator). It will take some time to scan the hard disk and fix any errors, but CHKDSK might mark the weak sector as bad and remove it from the list of usable sectors.
How old is the hard disk? If it's several years old, keep an eye on the drive's health to see if any more weak/bad sectors appear. If bad sectors start growing, this is not good. If no more bad sectors appear, that's much better.
As always, keep a backup of all files you consider irreplaceable on another disk/media.
