Is it possible to install windows on a new computer without a optical drive or usb drive?

I have recently built a new computer, and I do not/have not yet gotten/placed an optical drive into the new computer. I don't have another computer to make the hdd bootable, is there anyway I can install windows onto the computer?

You dont make hdd bootable , you make bootable usb, and theres no other way

I can't possibly imagine you built a PC without USB ports and think you may have meant USB disk drive. You can't buy an ISO online and open it with a program like winrar or 7zip to copy the files to a USB and boot and install off that. Any ISO will do and if you have a disk with windows on it you could copy the files to a USB using a different PC.
