The first time setup should have accessibility features enabled, including the on-screen keyboard. And that would make sense to me because Windows may be installed on a tablet.

At some point you'll be creating a windows password.
Not sure if the OnScreen Keyboard is fully functional at that point.
For downloading games, you'd somehow have to navigate to that d/l location, and probably log in with a username password.
