This is a little over my budget, and was wondering if there was any way I could get the price lowered a bit by switching out the parts. Any help would be great! Here is the build. And again, I don't want any performance decreases.

not a bad suggestion from inzone as long as you don't really need those 2 cores (editing, virtualization and such)

Seems like I'm here to cause more problem instead of helping, with that GPU I'd go for a better PSU than a rosewill one... like this:

SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094 59.99$

Better to invest 20$ more and be safe than having your GPU underpowered or even damaged for a low quality PSU.

So switching from the 8320 down to the 6350 isn't really a downgrade? I'm going to be using this for gaming, so if I'm not mistaken I don't believe I will be using all 8 cores to their full potential.

Awesome thanks so much. Just one last thing. Does 980MHz or 1.07GHz make much of a difference, or any at all? I can save a bit by switching my video card to a 2GB 760 980MHz from a 2GB 760 1.07GHz.
