[SOLVED] Is it possible to make a wifi hotspot with an ethernet port only? If so how?

WiFi operates over radio waves. You must have antennas and radios that can receive and transmit to use WiFi.

I assume you have WiFi devices you want to connect to the internet. Rather than creating a hotspot that would only work when the computer is turned on, I would suggest you get an access point.
