Is it possible to make one usb port into multiple?

I want to buy a computer with this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156250 because it is very cheap with very good parts, but the case only has 2 usb ports I believe. I need about 3 usb ports, but it only has 2, so if there is an adapter of some sorts that would be great. If there is, please send me a link of a decently priced one. Thanks!

? The motherboard is Gigabyte lga 1366 x58 G1, but the issue is the amount of usb ports on the case.

You could use an external hub of course. Up to 127 devices per port I believe. I don't know if that motherboard has any USB headers on it so you could mount more USB ports on the case, I haven't heard of that existing.

So this motherboard doesn't have usb, so no usb at all? in it's current state at least
