Thats called cloning/mirroring/data migration

there are tons of software that can do that, samsung data migration works fast and reliably but works only with samsung drives (i mention it since i just used it the other day)
crucial has one too, but there are lots others, some of which sadly cost money.
don't really have a recommendation for a free one, sorry.
